Abstract: In this paper, a new kind of nonlinear combining receiver of fast frequency hopping/multiple frequency shift keying (FFH/MFSK) modulation in GPS system is proposed. The performance of the receiver is analyzed in the effects of partial band noise jamming over additive white Gaussian noise channel and Ricean fading channel. The diversity of the system is performed using multiple hops per data bit. The non-central F distribution is found in the random variable of the division combining algorithm under the partial-band noise jamming in the additive white Gaussian noise channel. The mathematical results of the bit error ratio of the division combining system are achieved in both fading and non-fading channels. The numerical results are achieved by the simulation environment of the signal transmission while the signal to noise ratio was relatively small and the partial band noise jamming factor is relatively large. It was shown that the GPS system using division combining receiver has better performance under the strong partial band interference than the system without diversity and system with self-normalized combining receiver. This performance gain is because that the interference signal is scattered into several hops and partly diminished by the operation of division algorithm. As its simple structure to be implemented and anti-interference property, the proposed combining algorithm is useful for GPS signal transmission in the strong partial band noise jamming environment.

Abstract: Street lighting is installed for the benefit of the community to assist in building the creative economy. Street lights in government efforts to create creativity help the family economy. The method used is to calculate the number of lamps used on the road with a distance of 1500 meters and provide a questionnaire of comfort and safety on the road users. Intake of light intensity data is done by calculating and measuring directly with the tool. The convenience and safety data were taken with by questionnaire based on a sample from the community. Existing data are related to each other and which is the source data is the light intensity data from the lights installed in the place of research done. All data will be analyzed with the light intensity as the determining factor of the resulting comfort and safety. Additional data are taken with from the data of the State Electricity Company (PLN) and from other sources that can strengthen the results of this study. Street Lighting is analyzed in an egonomic way to achieve effective, convenient, safe, healthy and efficient work. Result of research based on calculation 200 Watt lamp with 100 lumen / Watt with distance to road edge 3, 4, and 5 meter got 16.85, 14.94, and 13.08 Lux. Installation of street lights as far as 1500 meters which is divided into 44 poles. Electricity cost per year Rp. 49,871,111.28, -. The road lights after mounting provide a 30.7% increase in comfort and 34.93% security. The results of the analysis obtained are expected to provide results to be utilized by the community in relation as an additional family income. The results of such a study will provide a harmonious relationship to all interested parties between the government and the community in the lamp lighting installation environment to participate pay attention and cause a sense of having lamp street lighting for the next to can pay attention and keep. The results of the analysis also aims to provide a contribution to the Government's willingness to use this research model.

Abstract: Air compressor systems are widely used in industry due to increase pressure level of gases in order to solve many tasks such as in air supply, or just to transmit mechanical movement. For this reason, instrumentation selection is quite important because correct and precise physical variables are necessary requirements to get a uniform pressure level transmission. The physical variables of an air compressor system were studied by its instrumentation selection based on sensors/actuators physical parameters such as response time and robustness. Furthermore, it was shown the compressor system performance enhancement while instrumentation is based in nanosystems like nanosensors and nanoactuators.

Abstract: As a large number of Distributed Generation Connecting Electric Grid put into operation, there are many impacts on power metering of power grid due to the problems of large fluctuation of load and frequent reverse of power, injecting DC component and harmonic component into power grid, generating voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation and flicker, and voltage unbalance. Measurement accuracy of traditional metering devices is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, the adaptability of traditional metering devices in the distributed power grid environment and the improvement of new technical methods to the Distributed Generation Connecting Electric Grid need to be studied. In this paper, through the analysis of the field operation data, it is proposed that the load fluctuation and frequent reverse of power can be solved by using the bidirectional and wide-range metering gateway meter; by analyzing the influence of the secondary transformer on the DC component, it is proposed that the influence of the DC component on the power metering can be almost ignored under the 0.5% DC component injection of the Distributed Generation Connecting Electric Grid. By analyzing zero flux technology, phase matching technology and high frequency sampling technology, a method to solve the problem of synchronous sampling of voltage and current under the influence of harmonics is proposed. By analyzing the point product and harmonic algorithm, the sampling rate requirement of accurate measurement of electric energy is proposed. A series of reasonable technical means and requirements are put forward in this paper, which greatly improves the power metering problem under the Distributed Generation Connecting Electric Grid.
