  • Introduction

Dynamics of knowledge society through engineering research issue is proposing to gather research results represented by original research papers, with emphasis on theoretical and experimental work. Contributions proposed for publishing will identify fundamental changes trends to the development of electrical and electronic engineering and its applications. The research domains will cover fundamental engineering research domains such as: electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications engineering, and computer science regarding actual information technologies. This special journal issue addresses the needs of young researchers who want to achieve a career in research. Such a publishing opportunity will be an element of supporting the development of human resources in research, by generating positive effects over the long term through increasing self confidence in own research forces. The resulted materials will be considered an achievement for doctoral students and post-doctorate researchers, but also as a base for improving doctoral research programs and postdoctoral studies, by supporting cooperation between researchers.
